I realize when it is slow things are sometimes lacking but management should not be. I have never written a comment on any site or complained to a corporate office, but being in the restaurant business myself I feel these issues to be addressed for the sake of your business and reputation most importantly your manager. Your hostess was very nice, apologetic and thanked us for being there. While letting the hostess know about our service we were glared at by the manager and the rude girl and PJ.
Upon leaving the manager was seen eating dinner with the rude girl at the coke machine and entertaining PJ. We had cash and waited 15-20 minutes for him to come make change needless to say he never returned when we scrambled to find exact change. PJ proceeded to bring our bills with no offering of dessert and told us to use the little machine to pay. I told her and our drinks were brought to our table once again by your manager with nothing to say. upon arriving at the coke machine I was told by a girl she was shutting it down what did I want. Our food was brought to us by your manager and just dropped off at the table our drinks were empty and no refill was offered, after approximately 10-15 minutes and 1/2 way through our dinner I got up to refill our drinks as I knew where the coke machine was located. The server PJ was negligent from the get go his main concern was us using your new machine at the table. The hamburger was very good, the fries were lukewarm, the service was deplorable and I might add the restaurant was not BUSY. After waiting approximately 2 minutes, our call connected with a live agent. We connected with the general customer service department. We received a tracking number, but the automated message did not explain when a customer care agent would return our message. There was no indication listed on the website. We sent a message asking if food preparation was performed in a peanut-free environment. We sent a message using the general comments contact form.
